The Centurion Luxury Condominium Hosts Winter on the Terrace Event in Residence with More Outdoor Space than Interior Square Feet

More than 150 real estate professionals recently gathered at The Centurion luxury condominium, located at 33 West 56th Street, enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on one of the largest terraces available in Midtown Manhattan. Spanning more than 1,500-square-feet, the residence’s outdoor terrace trumps the interior space of the 1,482-square-foot two-bedroom, two and a half-bath home listed at $3.8 million. The terrace is walled on one side by the brand-new tall trellis of green ivy and beautiful limestone planters conceptualized by the sponsor.

Guests sipped on hot chocolate and martinis from the large ice bar, and nibbled Nordic cuisine by Aquavit Restaurant New York, while touring a number of residences including a floor-through penthouse during the “Winter on the Terrace” cocktail reception.

“This is a one-of-a-kind home and one of the select residences still available at the property,” said Thomas Guss, president of New York Residence, Inc., the exclusive sales and marketing agency for The Centurion. “It’s ideal for someone who loves to entertain, and offers an amazing outdoor oasis in the middle of Manhattan.”

The Centurion, now 70 percent sold and closed, is the only residential condominium project in New York City designed by internationally renowned Design Architect/Pei Partnership Architects with I.M. Pei. A full-service building, The Centurion offers amenities including a private exercise facility, a 24-hour attended garage, a doorman, resident superintendent and storage units for purchase. Residents will also only be steps away from superb dining, entertainment, hotels, museums, city landmarks and Central Park.
