We have a process for success to make sure we deliver the desired results. This includes a schedule of call/meetings, checkpoints for feedback and spot client-satisfaction interviews.
We are proactive (some would call us big nudges). We manage the process for our clients and measure the effectiveness of our own work.
We work in teams and call upon in-house experts as needed.
